FOR A LIST OF WHO IS SPEAKING AND WHERE ON THE VIDEOS YOU CAN FIND THEM, SCROLL DOWN THIS PAGE.
I have found numerous links to the video. One moment they work and the next moment they do not so I am providing THREE links.
This link is supposed to take one directly to the video: http://practiceproducer.com/20120710_NAS.html
This link takes you to the NAS page on which one is supposed to be able to scroll down the page until you arrive at the link “Click here to view the video” to see the two part video of the Public portion of the NRC meeting.
Let us hope one of the links still works when you try it!
The video is long enough that there are actually two portions.
Video #1 timer begins at 0:00:00
Opening statement by William Muir lasts approximately 15 minutes, followed approximately 11 minutes of introductions of panel members.
From approximately 0:26:00 until 1:42:00 the panel questions the NPS et al.
Following this questions are posed of Kevin Lunny, who was not informed prior to appearing that he would be answering questions. This segment lasts through the end of Video 1
Video #2 timer begins again at 0:00:00
In this segment you will find the “Public comments” – where those who had RSVP’d were called in order of date of receipt of RSVP and allowed approximately 5 minutes. The order of appearance is as follows and the approximate meter readings from the timer follow:
Gordon Bennett – 0:01:42 to 0:05:49
Amy Trainer – 0:05:57 to 0:12:09
Dominique Richard – 0:12:32 to 0:18:31
Jane Gyorgy – 0:19:02 to 0:27:44
Jeff Crecque – 0:28:17 to 0:32:35
Phyllis Faber (letter read) – 0:33:16 to 0:38:15
Kevin Lunny – 0:39:30 to 0:42:12
Neal Desai (by phone) follows
Since there was so much time left over, everyone who wished to add a comment was invited to. It is in this segment where Kevin Lunny informs the panel that the MMC report is missing the appendices and Jeff Creque informs the panel of the NOAA November 17 letter informing the NPS there is no record of any harm, any viloation, etc., etc., etc. The meeting ended at a few minutes before 5 PM.
The questions remaining are:
- Why does the NPS hide the real data?
- Why does the NPS keep giving you misrepresented data?
- Why does the NPS withhold data?
- Of the data you have been given, you must ask
- Is it complete?
- Does it compute?
- Does it make sense?
- Does it have anything to do with the facts of the operation of DBOC?
- WHY WERE REPRESENTATIVES FROM ENVIRON NOT INVITED?
- Dr. Susan Roberts responded when Kevin Lunny asked her that very question, “Environ was invited.”
- Kevin Lunny said he asked the people at Environ if they had received an invitation. They said they had not.
- Dr. Susan Roberts said, “I guess it must have gone to the wrong person.”
From withheld data, to misrepresented data, to intended disclosure to having reports in this process start out as one thing and end up entirely different or having the relevant information relegated to an Appendix F, we have seen so much.
Panel members, don’t let them “Appendix F” your report and don’t let them “Appendix F” you!
